What is Mending Wall by Robbert Frost about?

I remember this poem vaguely being about two "enemies" coming together each season to mend this wall of rocks that defines each other's property. They don't really have to do it but they do in the sense of tradition and building a friendship that they don't really have. I hope that little bit helps somewhat.
