Please help me quickly! Question about lease!?

I signed a lease to a new duplex that is dated for tomorrow. The landlord has not cashed my deposit or rent yet. I've had the place two days and have only moved in a couch and a loveseat. I have discovered the nighbors are insane and are threatening to hurt me. either way, can I get out of this lease if it is signed for tomorow? Please help me!
