How can I respectfully fire someone?

Me adn my husband own an upscale spa and hair salon, we just recently hired someone who submitted her resume through email. She had all the necessary qualifications, but she had a small permanent diamond in her front tooth and wore flip-flops a tank top and very very low hip huggers that revealed a thong. People pay good money to come into our salon and I feel that she is a poor reflection on our part. What would be a respectable way to fire her but also let her know that she has poor taste in fashion.
