HELP PLEASE...PLEASE HELP MEE- PARAKEET?

My 5 month, male parakeet, hit one side of his face on the ground when he fell off a high place...he WAS bleeding around the eye but now its stopped. he keeps rubbing that side of his face, on the ground...i cant take him to the vet at the moment so what can i do to help himm?? please...ive been cryin ever since it happend....i feel so upset and pissed off :(
