Looking for a book, dont remember title?

ok so im looking for a book that i read like i think 3 years ago but i don't remember the title. the book cover i think was green and blue. the book was about 2 sisters i think it had something o do with dance 2 and one had a car crash not long after she got her license and was in a coma for a long time finally they unplugged the machines and she died. there was something with boys in there 2 and i think the other sister met some1 at the hospital -the persons mom had to get a transplant of something. I REALLY need help finding the title of this book , please help me !
