I'm planning a trip to Seattle for my companies young professionals group and need advice on unique places?

We are going to visit the traditional tourist spots - Space Needle - Pikes Market, etc., but we want to do some "out of the box" stuff - cool music venues, shops, odd stores, etc. Any advice? We'll be going over the weekend.
