Does anyone have experience with Blue Cross perscription drug benefit in Texas?

I have BCBS of Texas and your are right to worry. I had to have surgery and I have a history of DVT's and my PCP wrote a RX for Lovenox injections, which are real expensive and my drug coverage was for $2700. per year. I called CVS pharmacy and they had a "new person" there and told me that the RX was $500. and that sounded okay because my drugs didn't come to the limit and I got the RX and my drug benefit statement came back with a price tag as $1525.40 which I have no drug coverage for the rest of the year and I am on the $4.00 rx's for the rest of the year...this happened in March 08. Nothing no one can do because it was not their fault and CVS says 'we make mistakes, sorry. I should have thought about this when getting BCBS and I WON'T EVER go back to CVS.
