How to make rube goldberg machine to pop a baloon using electric components.?

I have to make a rube goldberg machine using electric components.I have a solenoid,switch,a few different sensors and other basic electrical stuff eg power supply etc.My goal is to pop a baloon.It needs to be constructed on a small board of dimensions half a metre by half a metre.I have no previous experience of rube goldberg machines hence i am desperately in need of help.I am allowed to use other stuff like ,needles etc but the basic structure should be based on electrical components...any ideas?
