How can i get my daughter?

My baby mama took my daughter without my consult an went to trinidad without my consent all I know now is that she is in jail in trinidad an my daughter is with grandmother an she doesn't want send my daughter bac to the u.s. My daugther is born american wat can I do to get my daughter bac? I'm currently in the u.s an I can't travel at the moment I need advice help plz any1..
