Are there any requirements for land transit through a bus trip in Croatia and Serbia for Egyptians?

I'm Egyptian and live in Sofia,Bulgaria, I got a VISA to Germany(Schengen VISA) ,and I want to to go there by bus,the bus trip will p through Croatia and Serbia,and so I wonder if they will ask me for a transit VISA in borders of Croatia and Serbia ?
