Anybody knows of any recipe for a sugar-free set yoghurt that uses sugar replacers, such as isomalt?

I am working on a sugar-free yoghurt concept and requires a formulation or recipe on it. Any of you guys out there aware if there is any recipe using sugar replacers(E.g, isomalt, sorbitol, maltitol, xylitol, etc.) in yoghurt?
