What do i do and what steps can i take to get to highschool thats all i care about?

hey umm i have a big question ....i live in brooklyn and i went to this charter school (kings collegiate charter school) and they rely ****** me up after my 5th grade graduation at ps.198 i went to Hudde junior high school for ONE day and that exact day was the day kings calle dme and asked if i could take the placement test to join there school(mind you they sent a advertisement of their school in the mail and this is my mom responding because she thought this would be the answer from god because the public schools completely suck and the system is )so i failed the math part(im very bad in math but im not retarded i am superb in every other subject except for science my history scores are ridiculous i got the highest score in nyc i ped all my tests and yeah im a historian and i took an IEP because eventually the school kings tryed to say i was retarded and the scores showed that i was at 8th grade lvl for EVERYTHING except for reading i am 12th grade lvl for that)but i ped the reading so they said they would have to put me back in 5th grade even though i graduated with a diploma and all that and originally i didnt want to but my mom forced me too so i did the fifth grade and i got left back again then i did the 5th grade again! and that time i moved on to the 6th grade finally then i started 6th grade in august......this is when the shi* hit the fan long story short the main reason i got left back in kings was because of numerous foul ridiculous suspensions i have been suspended for dropping a pencil not walking correctly talking in hall and so on and so forth but the school is racist and has favorites in the school also for example this child (i wont say his name but lets say his name is mark twain) he is a horrible 4 footed bully and is ust the worse and his mom doesnt care about ANYTHING he does at all whatsoever and on the last day of my second time in 5th grade mark twain threw a skateboard at me soccer and all types of stuff and this is nothing new he always does it and i tell the teachers they do nothing however if the shoe was n the other foot i would probably be 6 feet under,but anyway i did tell and the main office manager did nothing and so i decided to tell him to leave me alone and gtfo out of my face and then he came up to me and he found it was appropriate to sock me in the mouth so i had blood everywhere and my tooth was like crooked and everything and this was at an end of the year party the school had and this was right in the backyard of the school and now they claim it wasnt a school event and all types of crap but anyway my mom called the police and Mr.schuster the princible was like no no no no we wil take care of it and i totaly told my mom to not listen to that but she did because she knew that HE knew that if we called the police his whole presentation of the N.W.o in the school system that kings is trying to portray would be shattered so Mr.schuster ultimately did nothing and markiece was commended many times for helping someone in need or something like that and he never got suspended never had a meeting or anything so it was like nothing happened but anyway my mom then started to sue the school for all the nonsense over the years and there racistness and i was in 6th grade whilst this was happening and i was suspended every week from august to december 13th when i left to be homeschooled by my mom they suspended me purposfully for nonsense so that i could never cath up on my wwork and i got a 47 on my october/november reportcard for math 81 for history and i think i failed everything else horribly and this school has failed to give me my work when i returned from my suspension AND they have now failed at giving me my records wich is illegal for them to do and i have been asking them for months now almost half a year and i still didnt receive it and at one point when the school was trying to figure out how i would be taken home because of my suspension because you cant ride school bus when suspended even though they did let me do that a few times (whoop di doo) and my mom wants to make sure she know whats going on and Mrschuster just wanted the suspension to be over with and he almost sprained my wrist when grabbing a phone from my arm....so my mom took me out to homeschool and we have been doing 8th grade work ever since december 13th-june 30th i have a portfolio and all that and i took the sis grade state ela and math test i dont know if i ped yet but i probably did and im suppose to go to highschool THIS fall im 14 and i dont wantto end up in 7th grade im tired of being left back kings is being sued for what they did and for not putting me in my proper grade but i dot even care i just need to get into highschool i really want to go to midwood but its all prestigious and hard to get into so idk and i should deserve the chance to get in there like everyone else and not be reserved necause i HAD to leave kings for safety someonehelpINEEDTOGETINTOSoMETYPEOFH.S
